Crab Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
2 cans cream of shrimp or cream of tomato soup
2 c. cooked crab (real or imitation)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Start at 3:00 p.m. for 6:00 dinner.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Place roast in oven and bake for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and keep oven door closed.
Forty-five minutes before serving, turn oven to 325\u00b0 (5:15 p.m.).
