Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/16 tsp. salt
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. cooked rice (1/3 c. uncooked)
nutmeg
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Add raisins and rice.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Add nutmeg on top.
Set in pan of water and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
