Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. salad oil or melted shortening
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add egg, salad oil and milk.
Beat all together until well mixed.
Add blueberries; fold over until mixed.
Fill greased muffin tins half full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
