Microwave Layered Fiesta Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (6 oz.) container frozen avocado dip, thawed
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    dairy sour cream
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a 10-inch microwave-safe pie plate, combine onion and ground beef.
    Cover with waxed paper and cook on High for 5 to 8 minutes until meat is done and onion is tender, stirring once. Drain off fat.
    Stir in chili powder and beans.
    Cook, covered, on High for 4 to 6 minutes until heated through; stir once.
    Spread avocado dip over meat mixture and cook, uncovered, on High for 3 to 4 minutes until hot.
    Give dish half turn once.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, for 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is softened.
    Spoon sour cream over the cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
