Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
Preparation

Pour oil to cover bottom of a 10 1/2-inch cast-iron skillet and preheat in a 425\u00b0 oven.
Mix ingredients well and pour into hot skillet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
