Easy Indoor S'Mores - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. light corn syrup
6 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
8 c. Golden Grahams cereal
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Place 5 cups miniature marshmallows, corn syrup, margarine and chocolate chips in large microwavable bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes, stirring after each minute until smooth and melted.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour over cereal in large bowl.
Mix quickly until completely coated.
Stir in 1 cup miniature marshmallows.
Press into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Let cool, then cut into squares.
