Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped carrot
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine carrot, celery, onion and chicken broth.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Combine milk, flour and a dash of salt.
    Stir into chicken broth mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add cheese, stirring until melted.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
