Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 cans spiced chili beans
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef in Dutch oven.
    Saute chopped onion in 1 teaspoon oil.
    Combine seasonings, tomato sauce, water and chili beans (undrained).
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
