Fresh Banana Cake Or Muffins - cooking recipe

1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cream shortening; slowly add sugar and beat until light. Add bananas, eggs and vanilla, beating well. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add to the first mixture and blend. Slowly add sour cream and beat until well blended. Spread into Bundt pan and bake 45 minutes. Cool in the pan 5 minutes before removing.
