Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. cream cheese
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 c. sugar
    cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Line muffin tins with paper cupcake liners.
    Beat the first 4 ingredients until well mixed.
    Pour batter into tins and bake 40 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Mix together the sour cream, vanilla and 1/8 cup sugar.
    Place a spoonful of white mixture in well formed on top of cake.
    Top with cherry pie filling.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
