Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    salt and pepper
    roast
Preparation
    Flour, salt and pepper and skillet brown all sides of roast. Cook in water for 3 to 4 hours until tender.
    Take out of juice. Bake at 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 15 to 30 minutes.
    While cooking in oven, put maple syrup on roast.
