Beef-A-Roni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (family size) box Velveeta macaroni and cheese
1/2 to 1 qt. tomatoes, undrained
6 to 8 slices cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain ground beef; add salt and pepper to taste. Saute chopped onion and celery.
Prepare macaroni and cheese according to directions.
In a 9 x 13-inch or larger dish, mix meat, onions, celery, macaroni and cheese and tomatoes (undrained). Stir to mix well.
Smooth out and lay cheese slices over the mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until the mixture boils and the cheese melts.
Serve.
