Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. yeast
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line cookie sheet with foil.
    In bread machine, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Start mixer on dough setting.
    Add flour gradually.
    Mix for 5 minutes. Roll pieces of dough on floured counter.
    Stretch and shape.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Beat the egg and brush some on top to make golden.
    Sprinkle with salt and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.\tTop with melted butter and more salt or sugar and cinnamon.
