Roast Beef Au Jus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef roast
    4 to 6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place roast in ovenproof dish; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over roast; it will drip down to bottom of dish.
    Use enough sauce to have 1/4 to 1/2 inch of liquid in dish. Place cut up onion on roast.
    Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 to desired doneness. The natural juices will blend with the sauces to form a thin gravy for serving over the meat.
