Jane Johnson'S Chicken Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, ground or 2 whole breasts
    1 (5 oz.) bottle Durkee dressing
    1 c. light mayonnaise
    2 c. chicken broth (made with chicken bouillon cubes)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1 c. celery, cut finely
    1 pkg. gelatin
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup broth.
    Heat rest of broth and mix with plain gelatin and the remaining 1/2 cup broth.
    Mix with other ingredients and mold in one large mold, individual molds or muffin tins lined with paper inserts.
