Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. oleo
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice (2 lemons)
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
-
Blend together until thick the first 3 ingredients.
To the egg mixture, add flour and baking powder and blend.
Pour over baked crust and return to oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
