Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; blend well.
    Pour in custard cups (about 6) and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Set in baking pan with about 1-inch hot water; bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or chilled.
