Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 qt. milk or 1/2 half and half
vanilla
1 Tbsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Bake in pie shell at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until done.
