Baked Sliced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)
    1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Peel potatoes and slice about 1/8-inch thick.
    Place slices in a bowl with oil, salt, pepper and oregano. Toss to mix well.
    Place slices in greased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan. Spread slices so they overlap slightly.
    Bake potatoes uncovered for about 20 minutes; longer if you prefer them to be crispier.
