Vegetable Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. green peppers, finely chopped
    1/2 c. carrots, finely chopped
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    3 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together (except nuts) with cream cheese. Form into 2 logs and roll in the chopped nuts.
    Keep refrigerated until 15 to 30 minutes prior to serving with crackers.
