Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well with electric mixer. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
