Swiss Steak Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving pieces.
    Coat with flour.
    Melt margarine in skillet; brown meat slowly on both sides.
    Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add green pepper and onions.
    Cook for 25 to 30 minutes longer or until meat is tender.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover and heat until cheese melts.
    (The secret is to cook until tender.)
