Barbecued Meatballs(Club Member: Brad Smith) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 pkg. sausage
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and form small meatballs. Dredge in flour and deep fry until done; drain well. Pour your favorite barbecue sauce over meatballs and serve warm.
    These freeze well.
