Banana-Peach Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. skim milk
2/3 c. sliced ripe banana
1/2 c. peeled, sliced fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. vanilla nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients in container of an electric blender.
Cover and process until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
