Pork Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. baked ham, pork or chicken
2 eggs
3 tsp. Accent
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked long grain rice
4 green onions, sliced
Preparation

Cut meat into strips, then dice.
Coat skillet or wok with oil; heat and break in eggs.
When partly cooked, stir in seasoning.
Add meat, soy sauce, rice, water chestnuts and celery. Stir together and continue cooking until rice barely begins to brown.
Add cut onions, including green tops in slices.
Stir into rice and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
