Great Gravy For Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. beef broth
1/4 c. water
1/3 tsp. instant coffee

Preparation

These ingredients mixed together are enough for each 1 1/2 pound of a meat mixture.
Added note:
15 pounds of meat ball mixture makes approximately 250 meatballs.
