Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. liquid shortening
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 well beaten egg
    1 c. frozen cranberries, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add the rest and stir until well mixed.
    Turn into 9 x 5-inch loaf pans, greased on bottom only. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
    Looks good at Christmastime.
