Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 can tuna (6 1/4 oz.)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sliced celery (optional)
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. diced green pepper (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper or small jar, drained, pimento (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni (until just tender).
    Combine macaroni with drained tuna (sprinkle on a little lemon juice), mayonnaise, vegetables and salt.
