Cranberry Crisp Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. corn frosted flakes
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. cranberry sauce
Preparation

Mix crushed cereal with butter or oleo; set aside.
Stir flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat 1/4 cup butter or oleo, sugar and egg until smooth.
Spread cake batter in 9-inch pan.
Top with cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with cereal mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
