Baked Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, drained
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
    12 oz. spaghetti
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    milk (enough to make smooth)
    Parmesan cheese
    Durkee's French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add spaghetti sauce.
    Cook and drain spaghetti.
    Mix half the sauce mixture with spaghetti and place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
