Hot Clam Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans chopped clams (and their liquid)
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/4 lb. butter, melted or oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika on top (be generous)
Preparation
    Combine all the above into the casserole you will be cooking and serving in.
    Can make this the day before and reheat when serving; the flavor is better.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil and brown 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
