Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 large pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Add cooking oil, eggs, apples and nuts.
Dough will be very stiff.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle butterscotch chips over top. Press dough firmly into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
If using self-rising flour, omit salt, soda and baking powder.
