Hamburger-Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. sirloin hamburger
1 tsp. or less finely chopped onion
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. butter
1 large (28 oz.) can tomatoes (juice too)
1 small (14.5 oz.) can tomatoes (juice too)
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 dash garlic salt plus salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch oregano
Preparation

Brown hamburger with onion and drain off all fat.
Cook macaroni in water with the 1 tablespoon of butter until tender. Drain.
