Lemon Bar Deluxe - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift flour and powdered sugar; cut in margarine.
Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Beat eggs, granulated sugar and lemon juice.
Sift flour and baking powder; add to egg mixture.
Pour over baked crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
Cool and cut into bars.
