Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/3 c. self-rising flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Beat the egg into milk. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into hot oil.
