Oatmeal Cookies(With Cream Filling) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. butter
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 c. quick cook oatmeal
Preparation

Cream butter and both sugars until white and fluffy.
Stir in vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Sift flour, salt and soda together; add to mixture.
Stir in oatmeal.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
