Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 slices bread, cubed
    melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until very light. Add sugar and continue beating until well mixed. Add pineapple, mace and lemon juice. Mix with a spoon until well blended.
    Pour into a greased casserole and cover top with bread cubes that have been coated with melted butter. Bake 1/2 hour in moderate oven at 350\u00b0.
    Use as vegetable with ham, pork or chicken.
