Berry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. berries (raspberries, blackberries or blueberries)
Preparation

Cream shortening, salt and sugar together.
Beat eggs; add to shortening mixture.
Add milk, flour and baking powder.
Mix together well.
Add berries; stir gently.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan and add batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
