Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. rich milk or evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt, eggs and nutmeg. Add rich milk or evaporated milk.
    Lastly, add pumpkin.
    Pour into a pastry shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
