Hazelnut, Pear And Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Hazelnuts
    1/2 c. Sugar
    2 tsp. All-Purpose Flour
    1/4 c. Margarine, cut into pieces
    2 Eggs
    2 tsp. Vanilla Powder or Pure Vanilla Extract
    1 Large, Firm, Ripe Pear (Bartlett or Comice)
    2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1/4 c. Apricot Jam
Preparation
    Prepare a pastry for a single 9-inch pie.
    Place the hazelnuts in a 8 or 9-inch wide pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until nuts are lightly browned under the skins (15 to 20 minutes).
    Pour into a towel, rub lightly with towel to remove as much of the brown skins as possible.
    Lift the nuts from the towel; discard the skins.
