Irish Bread(Moist) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Crumble flour and butter with fingers.
    Add raisins and rest of dry ingredients.
    Mix egg and milk in separate bowl and whisk together.
    Pour into dry ingredients and mix together.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour in 9-inch pie pan.
    When done, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
