Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. popcorn or 2 bags microwave popcorn
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Pop the popcorn and place in a large brown grocery bag. In a large glass bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine, syrup and salt. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir.
    Microwave on High 2 more minutes. Add baking powder and stir.
    Pour caramel mixture over corn. Fold down top of bag and shake vigorously.
    Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake.
    Microwave on High 45 seconds. Shake. Microwave on High 30 seconds.
    Shake. Spread on cookie sheet and cool.
