Apple-Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. nonfat dry powdered milk
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    dash of salt
    1 apple, pared and shredded
    1/2 c. dry oatmeal
    1 tsp. Butter Buds
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 packets Equal
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients,
    except
    apple,
    together
    with electric
    mixer
    until
    smooth.
    Add apple; beat a few seconds more.
    Pour batter into Pam sprayed 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes.
    Cool; cut into 24 bars.
    Recipe equals: 2 protein units, 3 dairy units, 2 grain and 1 fruit unit.
