Ri'S Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 9 pieces cooked and cubed chicken (reserve broth)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. Minute rice
2 sticks margarine
Preparation

In a large 3 1/2 to 4-quart casserole, melt margarine.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
