Fruit Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 can pie filling
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Mix together egg, flour and sugar; it will be crumbly.
    In a deep 9-inch pie pan, grease or spray with Pam.
    Put pie filling of your choice in bottom of pan.
    Sprinkle crumbly mixture on top of this.
    Melt butter and drizzle on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
