Tagliarini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef or chuck, browned and rinsed
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 bag wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can creamed corn
1 small can mushrooms (optional)
1 small onion, browned in ground beef
1 (16 oz.) bag Cheddar cheese (can also use Cheddar/Mozzarella)
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion. Cook egg noodles and drain. In a 9 x 13 baking pan, place ground beef in bottom of dish, then pour tomato sauce evenly over beef. Then add egg noodles, then creamed corn, then mushrooms and then cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Serve with salad and bread. Enjoy!
