Zesty Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
    3 Tbsp. sliced green onions with tops
    2 tsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Scoop out tomatoes and turn upside down on paper towels.
    A 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon is perfect.
    In small bowl, combine sour cream, peppers, onions, flour, sugar and salt.
    Mix well. Using a pastry bag or small spoon, fill each tomato (can be done up to 8 hours ahead) and place on foil-lined pan.
    Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until sour cream is bubbly.
    Sprinkle with cheese and broil 2 to 3 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
