Coconut Pecan Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan, combine Eagle Brand milk, egg yolks and Crisco; over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened, about 10 minutes.
    Stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla.
    Cool.
