Kraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sauerkraut
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped pepper
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
    Yields 1 quart.
