Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 qt. popcorn, popped
3 c. nuts
2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
2 sticks oleo
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Spray large roasting pan with Pam.
Place popcorn and nuts in pan.
Place in oven at 250\u00b0 while cooking other ingredients.
Cook sugar, oleo, syrup and salt at rolling boil for 5 minutes.
Add vanilla and soda; stir well and pour over warm corn and nuts. Place in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread on wax paper and break into pieces.
Store in airtight container.
